These are very different products. I'm not sure how you can say that a body that weighs half again as much as the GH3 and has lenses that are much larger and heavier (your example notwithstanding) are really in competition......

The Nikon seems like a nice camera. If I was shopping for a camera system today I am sure I would look at one. However, I am equally sure that I would not get one, since if I wanted a larger system at all, I'd skip the aps-c and just go full frame. Otherwise, M43 hits the sweet spot of size and IQ for my purposes.
