Using Sky Safari and guessing a capture time of about 7:30 pm on February 17th, what is plotted looks like the arrangement I see in your image. The object in upper right is probably the star 53 Tauri, magnitude 5.5. My app identifies the moons differently from what you list - from left to right: Callisto, Europa, Io, Ganymede. In any case, good first attempt using what you had available.
