Which exposure would be God's exposure?

I guess that you could calculate some cosmical constant to light, from which to derive that x light is the most truthful, and that at ISO 100 and aperture 2.8, when you meet that light, you should definitely apply a certain exposure. But what do I know...

I have a Sony a77 with the 16-50 2.8.
