Please advise. Point and shoot or mu43 that shoots raw

I'm a dslr guy looking for a smaller point and shoot or micro 4/3 that shoots raw. My budget with lens is $500 or less. This isn't my serious camera, but a stick in your cost pocket take casually along camera.
