Indiana Capitol...

Yesterday, I visited yet another state Capitol. This was my 8th in the past year! Others include Wyoming, North Dakota, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Michigan, Wisconsin and Montana.

This was the most challenging of my Capitol photo shoots. The building was packed with people. For the images of the interior of the dome, I had at least 50 kids sitting around me. There were several grade school field trips at the building. Also, business was being conducted in both the Senate and House chambers--so I couldn't get any photos inside those rooms. For most photos, I waited until there were just a few people in strategic places on the floor so that I could more easily clone them out later!

All images captured with the D800 and the 14-24 or the 70-200. All images are HDR.
