I personally support this idea.  The trolls and the viral marketers can destroy good discussions. I personally would like to know if I had been blocked - don't care to know who blocked me, but would help me keep focused.

Then again, there are trolls on the site that would love to see how many blocks they can get, so maybe this is idea would backfire.
