First experience with RX100, am I missing something?

Can someone suggest what may be wrong with video, there is this jerking motion that pops out every once in a while as if there was an interruption in recording.

Is this a problem with image stabilization? Or this is expected on this camera?

I could attach a sample video if it is possible?
