They certainly seem to be interested in making new cameras, but that has been called into question.

We can worry and fret and imagine, but the reality is that Ricoh hardly care and they will in fact just do whatever seems to them to be "good business".

They know that if they make a cracker-great camera next year people will flock to it even as much as Fuji's run of cameras has won them new friends. The friends will soon enough look at Ricoh if it is promising something worth while.
