Which APS-C Alpha to buy?

Back in the day the A700 was the logical OVF upgrade that had both a mag-alloy chassis and CMOS sensor.  It may be overtaken by SLT today, but it still can cut the mustard and it's cheap.  I still have a Dynax 7D to use as a secondary pre-lens mounted body (if I want to use tele-prime and tele-zoom and not have to swap lenses).  I'd have another A700 in a heartbeat, but that's just me.
