Any Thoughts About When There Will be a 700D?

I will be upgrading my 450D in the next few months. The 650D looks to have the three new features that I am looking for, vari-angle display, movies and geotagging, admittedly with an add on GPS?

Should I wait to see what a 700D might offer?

It depends on two things in my mind.

Will there be a 700D in the next 3 months.

Will it have any compelling new features? Built in GPS for example.
