Showing off the 100-300

Nice shots. I would say looking at the focal lengths as in your shots, if you are close enough like that, most lenses are fine. Its when you are further away the images start to suffer. Thats where fast fixed 400's and 500's come into their own compared to superzooms or tele zooms.

If you can get close, superzooms, smaller lenses and zooms are fine.
