Yep. Now uneven effects with a polarizer can render one useless on an ultrawide but vignetting is not an issue.
ND filters and polarizers work fine.
NDs should be no problem but polarizers will have a very uneven effect across the frame on UWAs.
Yep. But it settles down and they become useful by 11 or 12mm.
With Panasonic lenses using a Panasonic body is a definite advantage.
I keep hearing this, but I never see any evidence. My 9-18 works fine on Panasonic bodies. Do you have any evidence showing reliable issues with them?
The only advantage I am aware of is that Panasonic bodies, unlike Olympus bodies, will auto-correct lateral CA with Panasonic lenses. This might be an issue if you are shooting OOC jpegs but hardly if you are shooting RAW, where the CA can easily be corrected in PP.
If you shoot LR it is pretty much a wash these days.
