I doesn't seem to me that online storage of 100,000 photos is practical. There's cost, bandwidth, editing, searching, etc.. I think if it were me I'd keep all my photos on my hard drive, manage them with Lightroom and edit them with Lightroom and Photoshop. Then, I'd tag images I wanted to share, gather them together and do a batch export while fitting the size to the dimensions of my largest device. Now that I've reduced the count and size I can consider how to best  distribute them, dropbox works as does various gallery sites.
