Used 5DM1 vs 50D

Thanks for sharing these.  Here's an example of what matters in the real world.  Attached is an image taken with 35mm film...Fuji Pro 400H.  It was rated at 200 iso and exposed on a Nikon F5 and a 50m lens.  The clients ordered an 11x17 print that I produced on  an Epson 3800 and HM Photorag 308.  This is a paper I've used in  producing thousands of prints from 8x10 to 30x45 for clients.  When the clients viewed their 11x17, there was not one comment about grain.  I have the same sized print in a folio for clients to view. To date, no one has ever commented about grain or noise.  I'd say the film is far noisier than and DSLR.  In other words, some people need to stop measurebating in front of their monitors at 100% and start thinking about the real world instead!
