I'm sorry but you're still not clear.  If you're doing the initial raw processing and conversion with ACR where does Lightroom enter into the equation.

Under normal circumstances there would be no reason for Lightroom to automatically adjust exposure unless you somehow change the default settings.  So that would be the first place I would check.
