Canon lens for hockey

I am far from a photographer, just have this camera because it's fast. I want to take pics of my son playing hockey but lighting is really bad and all I have right now is the 18-55 mm that came with the camera. I'm debating between the 18-200mm because I'm assuming I wouldn't have to change the lens all the time and the 55-250mm becuase it has a bit more zoom. Advice????
