I'm totally with you there, especially at the cost of these kits. My local camera shop offered a try before I buy, so I'm testing both in the home with kids in action. I'm not really surprised at the K-5IIs performance after owning a K-7 but after doing some tweaks on the OM-D, I managed to get the C-AF working well enough to capture my girl jumping on her bed at ISO 6400 with SS of 250. It is a little grainy when I zoom in but she's in focus!! I have a lot more testing to do between the two and it's definitely neck in neck. All in though, I think the cost will favor the K-5II even with the two DA* zooms I'm looking to get.
