Fly drone - go to jail

This could be a problem for those that actual use remote aerial platforms for work.  Most are sold now to people who run gutter cleaning services, building inspection, contractors and land surveyors.  I'm friends with the AMA (American Modeler's Association) president and he's been trying to work through creating a set of standards and practices both for hobbyists and commercial flyers.  We had the discussion as to what's to prevent the bad apple from using a aerial camera platform for less than honorable purposes.  It will be interesting to see where this goes.
