Printing an 9 foot panorama from D700 file

Never printed this big and I was hoping to get some tips here.

original file is 4000 pixels wide.

Should I upsize with specific software? Or will photoshop do just fine?

Should I sharpen before upsizing (logic in my brain says yes)

print will be about 2 meters /2.5 meters viewing distance so 150pp? should be OK?
