Still struggling with my SSD installation, Help!

I've updated the BIOS(Flashed) and AHCI is an option on both the Intel & Jmicron controllers! I left my raid set up on the Intel Controller and tried to set up AHCI on the Jmicron, which I could do in the Bios but the SSD could not be seen by the Samsung Software and it was displayed as in IDE mode!

I'm pretty well at a loss! I've Fresh Installed windows 7, 7 times, nothing seems to work! Now in the Storage Controls I have two Micron drivers, the same kind and update and the Intel has disappeared in windows? Sheesh! I'm now going to try to re-install the Intel controller?
