V1: more questions, if you don't mind

Still waiting for my V1 double kit to arrive. It should be delivered in San Francisco wednesday, and then my daughter will send it to me. One week to wait, I'm afraid...

Meanwhile, may I ask some questions to experienced owners?

1/ I normally use A mode, and use a lot exposure compensation, and iso.

Let's say I'm in "A" mode. To use exposure compensation, I have to press the rear dial right, turn it clockwise or anticlockwise, and press OK to see the result in the VF. Is that right?

2/ Still being in "A" mode, if I want to adjust iso, what's the fastest way to do it? I suppose I have to access the menu. Can I set the camera so that when I press the menu button, the first item should be iso? And then, how do you change iso? By turning the rear dial? If so, do you have to press OK to be done, or just half pressing the shutter is enough (like on the P7100)?

About iso, since DPR test has been published, I think a firmware update has been released. Did it change something about the way auto iso works on the V1?
