I have to disagree completely. IQ is better at base ISO, and at high ISO settings. The RX1 gives you substantially better color depth and DR. That's just the way it is. With over 2 EV better color depth, 2 EV more DR, and approaching 2 EV better high ISO performance, to say "IQ is slightly better" is a understatement if I've ever heard one.

According to DxOMark's SNR and Dynamic range measurement graphs, screen tab (pixel level), the difference is one stop, not two.
