Maybe it was already posted, but, here goes.
The next new NEX will be a full frame 35mm. sensor with E mount lenses. Sony has been able to successful confine a full frame sensor in a small body with the Sony RX-1 which has proven to be very popular. I really, really hope it has an EVF like the 6 and 7. They are planning to make this new NEX available sometime in 2014 if not before. (From NEX Rumors)
I do not believe this.
it is almost not possible to get an full frame sensor in an small body ,then the diameter from the lens will be big.To big to be practice.

Claus is right .... you can put the large sensor inside the small body with the fixed lens, you can't do it with the "system camera" like NEX 7. The camera body would have to be considerably larger, thus defeating the object of having CSC. You might just as well use the DSLR with the Pellix mirror.
And I say it's BS, the only things stopping them from making a NEX-7 sized FF is the courage to make one, and the unknown market response and their return on investment in the R&D.
The cameras performance limitations will just be design limitations centered around the lack of experience in making one, just like the NEX-7's color shift issues with RF wide angle lenses was a design issue not a limitation in the format as the 5N can be used as proof that it can be done, more proof will come when the 7's replacement is released.
The FF sensor package is not significantly larger than the APS-C's, and since the reduction in size of the supporting electronics(Moore's law) could be enough to offset the larger sensor package since the 7's release.
At any rate, a FF EVIL will be built, just a matter of time.
** The FF sensor package is not significantly larger than APS-C's ??? I don't know where you are getting your information from? The Full Frame sensor is 2.6 x the size of the Canon APS-C sensor size and 2.33 x the size of the Sony APS-C.
And it will obviously affect the focal lens distance etc. If the NEX 7 successor goes the full frame ... it will be a completely new animal, using the full size Sony / Minolta lens range and it will no longer be the small CSC camera.
Hence the Sony CSC range will be topped up by the NEX 6.
Why is it so difficult to understand? Again ... just in case you did not understand .. the Full Frame sensor [36 x 24 mm] is not a little larger than Sony APS-C [23.6 x 15.7 mm] ... it is 2.33 x larger !!
The body will need to be thicker, the lens mount would have to be bigger to suit the full size lenses etc.
