OK here are the DPR test shots:

With these ISO 6400 12800 25600 shots you just proved my point (I mean who would shot ISO 12800 with an APS-C?). If you really need those ISO values than you're shooting in the wrong format.

Well now that we know the truth about the test shots, it is even more obvious that the OM-D is lacking.

Pentax test shots - f/8

OM-D test shots - f/6.3

That means the OMD is going to be forced into those high ISO ranges long before the K-5/K-01. THe OM-D requires 2/3s of a stop more light at each ISO level so when your OM-D is shooting at ISO 3200 I can shoot at ISO 2000 and have the SAME exposure. When the OMD is forced to 6400, I am shooting ISO 4000 with my K-5. And let me tell you, ISO 4000 on the K-5 is just fine SOOC and even better after a round with Nik Dfine. As we can see, ISO 6400 on the OM-D, not so much.

P.S. The OM-D gives up 1 2/3 stops to the Nikon D4 and 1 stop to the Canon 1DMkIV

Nikon D4 = f/11, Canon = f/9, Pentax f/8, Olympus f/6.3

So at ISO 6400 not only is the image far worse, it is between 2/3 and 1 2/3 stop slower.

Thank you for convincing me that I MUST get a Pentax FF as soon as its available.
