E-5 vs K-5 ii Locked

Reading most of the replies here it seems everyone has overlooked the fact that you already have the 14-54 mm f/2.8-3.5 lens. The 12-60 is not that big of an improvement over the 14-54 for the price. The 11-22 mm f/2.8-3.5 lens is definitely a great walk around lens and a super sharp, fast HG WA lens. The 50-200 mm f/2.8-3.5 is a good choice for the birds. You can find used 11-22 and 50-200 for ridiculously low prices right now. The 50-200 mkI is a bargain and just as good as the mkII in IQ. It focuses plenty fast for me on the E-3 or E-5.

I can't imagine an 18-135 mm f/3.8 zoom is as good as any of the HG lenses I've listed above.

Olympus has just announced they are going to release another DSLR this year.

I've been to Galapagos. The lenses you're considering are the right ones to take. Most of the animals can be approached very closely, so the telephoto is not always needed.
