From F200 to some small Fuji or RX100 or...

F200 is my main small camera in low light, looking for something better. Have been reading a lot about X10 and 20, how much better let's say at ISO 1600? And XF1 - the same sensor size? - and more simple to use? - in the same class?

Not so clever with RAW, so JPEG is important. Maybe not smart enough to find out all EXR options, so maybe X20 could be wasted money and XF1 and RX100 more useful in that respect. Prefer and need good LCD - therefor Ricoh CX4 most used in daylight (and better colours and white balance). OVF not of much interest.

So what I am looking for is a small allround not too complicated camera, clearly better that F200 in low light. Not easy to chose these days, could also be a small Canon, Olympus og Panasonic. But the F200 really impressed me, so Fuji is an option. But can't find it in dpr high iso comparison, tried F80 and F550, some behind the mentioned cameras. Hoping for any advice!
