There are so many different makes of manual and older generation A/F lenses available cheaply now ... and as you say, with large supplier accessory base; there are currently adapters for almost any lens manufactured since 1935. The "In body stabilisation" is not of primary importance for people using the NEX 7 cameras, specially if they are [like myself] using manual lenses in manual focus and aperture priority setting.
