OM-D awful in winter

I find the em5 difficult even without gloves.  The put the small buttons next to eachother-it's hard to press the right button without looking.  Anyone agree?  Does it get easier?

Re cold, I would put a glove on with the finger cut off but on your finger, and a thick glove over that.  This was, you can quickly remove the thick glove and it will take the thin cut finger with it.

I'm not sure if I'd let the camera thaw in a plastic bag because of condensation, even internally.  Just room temperature.
