If there's anything immoveable around, like a tree or wall, lean against that to make yourself more stable.

Someone posted this here many years ago, sorry not to give you credit but I don't remember: Hold camera with 2 hands and press as if you're twisting lids in opposite directions, in conjunction with the breath holding.  I do it this way: Right thumb pushes away from you, right index finger waiting to take the shot, right 3rd finger press back towards you.  Left thumb on bottom of camera, pressing away from you, left index finger on front top, press back toward you.  You don't really press hard, but the opposing tension helps me to be steady.  Also, elbows tucked close to sides.

Not sure this would work if you put a grip on or have large hands.
