Brick and mortar stores display their products on shelves knowing that a certain percentage will be lost to theft. They adjust their prices up accordingly because they know that they make more money letting people see and touch the products, even though it makes them more succeptible to shoplifters. By your logic, then, shoplifting is be okay.

Just because Amazon knows it will happen, and even plans for it to happen, doesn't make it acceptable to Amazon that it does happen.
