Specific question only about the usefulness of Wifi on the Canon 6D

I would like to ask owners of the 6D what their experience has been with the wifi feature on the 6D?  From composing to file transfer, etc., what have been your real world experiences?   From my reading of other posts, I'm aware of the capabilities and limitations of the 6D, but I'm very interested to hear your thoughts and experiences of the wifi capabilites and how its impacted your actual shooting experiences.   Thanks in advance for the great feedback!
