Taking GH3 kit to Cuba - need advice please

Bring an extra lens pen to brush, or any sort of brush, for the sand that might collect on the camera (before you wipe it down with a damp cloth to get the salty coating cleaned).   I don't believe you have to worry about humidity for your time period.   Just throw some silica gell packs in your bag, and do it again when you arrive home.   Not evern sure if that's necessary, but it depends on how you store your gear long term when home.

While I don't live in a tropical humid climate, the 4 seaasons have thrown all sorts of cold/wet/humid at my cameras over the years (including more than a week in very humid weather).   You'd have a greater concern for this if you lived in this climate.
