What I have shown in my 6400 ISO RAW comparison using the DPR studio shots is that ther is no visible differnce between th 5D3 and the X Pro1 at 100% (Canon) and 115% (Fuji) to get the same picture size

Then we come to huge prints A2+ and A3+ with cropping

In this domain it's an open door to say that the largest pixel count you get the best it is...

But how many times you will do that?
