Let's speak about XZ 2 positives points!

I have a Xz 2 about a month and i taked about thousands pictures.

After a looooooot of post about focusing problems....i really think it would be interesting sharing our positives experiences about the performance of this model!

Because guys I was waiting about 6 months to buy a prime P&S and in my final choice was Canon G15, Nikon P7700 or Olympus Xz2 and today i can say that I am very happy with my decision.

The lens is superbe, very sharp center to corners, and 28 to 112 mm.

Aperture 1.8 to 2.5 is fantastic too. Filter neutral Density help to boost the F/8 about 3 point...like f /22.

Screen is very very good in  colors rendition and very sharp. No problem in sun light.( i am living in Paraguay...tropical sun light.). The orientable sreen is very confortable to use.

Touch screen is GrREAT! to adjust the parameters, to review and zooming the pictures, to choose the af point.

Control ring is so big feature! Manual focus for instance...with the asist you have a very sharp zooming to make a perfect a fast focus. Control Aperture, speed or both in P mode. Zooming if you want, work very smooth an well. With the boton lever in front you can change to manual focus or the mode you choose when you want directly.

Fast operations, power on and take your first picture in nothing...maybe 1 second, really help you when you need a camera ready just now. About 5 pictures per sec in full resolution and 15 per sec in lower one!

Customizable is fantastic. Super control on the sreen is very fast and simple. All you can imagine iyou have in the contols options. I cant do a list of it...quality of image, WB balance, Flash, bracket....what you want appears on you sreen in wich mode you want...infinity....

Stabilization work very well too. i take same picture in low light in 1/8 sec without problems

Low light pictures are very good, Why? Stabilization on, F/1.8 and 800 or inclusive 1600 asa give you a perfect camera for it.

Build is very solid
