16.2 mp RAW means you get about 18MB NEF & Jpeg files.
D7000 has 6 FPS burst mode, translating to appox. 108 MB/s maximum data rate. a 400x card will give you (ideally) 400*150=60000Kb/s, meaning 60MB/s, where as a 600x will give you ideally 600*150=90000kB/s => 90MB/s
Do you need the extra 30MB/s? Depends on the type of shooting you do, for video purpose only, the 400x's 60MB/s will be more than enough. But if you shoot sports and action and need the maximum transfer rate, a 600x card will give you, at best, 5 FPS after thw camera's buffer is full, while a 400x will give you, at best, 3.3FPS.
So it is a pretty important difference if you need high FPS.....................
