the camera (EPM2) was ordered... and it will be publicly disassembled, so at the moment the search is for the technical manuals to inflict the smallest possible damage to the components...

There was a public statement made by the Olympus president (or if you wish, it was reported that way) stating they used a sony sensor. That was never retracted, never corrected, never denied. If Sony didn't make it why would olympus want to give a competitor any credit for it? If panasonic made it why wouldn't they pressure olympus to give them the credit?
Your words (or if you wish, it was reported that way). Yes, it was reported that way, but it was never said by Olympus president. That is why there is nothing to retract, correct or deny.

2 things:
First again... What are earth is the difference?
Secondly it was widely reported/published (even if in your view it was in error) but their have been ZERO retractions or corrections posted or requested by any manufacturer... Why is that? If it was just made up or badly translated why would olympus not correct it or deny it?
Have fun destroying the camera though, fabulous use of time and money.
