Actually it is that simple. If Walmart suddenly has it's expenses slashed, its gonna slash it's prices. And why would they do this? Because on the very same day, Target is gonna be slashing it's prices in response to lower corporate taxes.

Fair taxation of the Corporations will be beneficial for everyone because it levels the playing field for smaller companies that don't have enough pull on the Hill or can't afford a fancy tax lawyer to find a whole bunch of loopholes in the tax code..

By your logic, Zero taxation of Corporations will be most beneficial. Unless you propose to use the tax code to pick winners & losers
