The title "Untitled" invites us to treat this as an abstract that may have multiple meanings.

An artist who wanted to emphasize the abstract beauty in ordinary objects (let's just assume they are tiles), would probably call his image "Tiles", in order to rub our nose in ordinaryness that is elevated to a higher level.

Me, I think we are looking at tiles on which some mild snow is blown by soft wind.  I may be totally wrong of course.  But I don't care.

Because I am imagining more : this is the jetty of a snow-covered hidden base in Siberia, extending from rough land with an overground pipeline, into a frozen sea or lake, as seen from very high above by an espionage sattellite.  That's what growing up with Google Earth will do to a person.  Am I close?
