It is extremely difficult to see if your lens/camera and the lens/tc/camera combination requires MFA from a single photo.
You need to get a chart and a controlled environment that guarantees that the focusing chart and your sensor are exactly parallel. Without the parallel between the sensor and the focusing cart you are only doing guess work. That's why using something like a brick wall doesn't work.
