Hi Miki,
I use ISO 200 at f8-f11, with exposure times at around 8-> 15 seconds. I find the images quite good, compared to my canon.
But one major thing that helped with my night e-m5 exposures was to use either normal or low gradation setting. I believe the gradation phenomenon was discussed in this forum, auto gradation tends to always underexpose, which used to give me nasty, noisy night images. Once i switched to normal gradation the exposures was better and noise was definitely good! although i guess i could of avoided all this if i listened to the ETTR crowd...
I do process my pictures alot though, through the usual flavor of the months, LR4 + Nik + VSCO
here's a recent picture i took (last night in fact) and processed
E-M5 with P14mm @f8, 13sec exposure, normal gradation, LR4 + Nik + VSCO
