Sparrowhawk with FZ200 and TC-E17ED

No beans!!!!! How can it be any good with no beans???

What I didn't get was how something could be handheld with a blanket (with no beans). Is the blanket (or bean bag) laid down on top of a fence post, tree trunk, etc., or are they held in your hand? ... make sense?
