How are you defining composition ? If the FOV is the same, you stand in the same place, and you frame it the same, how can it not be the same ? Unless you're talking about depth of field or incorporating lens distortions or other things.

Not talking about distortion and other such images defects, the two photos will look different that's for sure. I'll post photo examples.

Surely you are correct ... perspective will make the difference, (even if FOV is exactly the same).
