Is Nikon D3 still a good buy?

Actually the seller is true because i talked to him on telephone. But still he decided to sell it to his friend where he dont need to send the camera anymore and pay with cash. I think he just cannot trust other people about this arrangement and for him it is more complicated if he will sell the camera to me. Anyway, better luck next time. If God can forgive then i will forgive that seller.
