Suggested backpack for m4/3?

I usually carry my GH3 kit in an Acme Made messenger bag. There are times I would also like to take my monopod or tripod, but there is no way to mount that on a messenger bag. So I was thinking about a backpack that would hold my GH3 and lenses plus the option to carry a mono (tri) pod.
In my initial research I see lots of stuff geared towards the larger DSLR crowd, but nothing really stands out for the more compact m4/3 gear I have. And since there are no good camera shops near me I am looking on line, and it is hard to get a true size perspective.
Maybe a forum member has experience with this and can make a recommendation?
