How to clean the wiper on an Epson 4900?

I finally got some answers.

I downloaded the Service Manual and Service Program.  It is the only proper way to access the wiper.

BTW: the Service Program is pretty cool.  It allows access to all the hidden tests, adjustments, functions, etc.  It also has 3 special head cleaning routines which can't be performed any other way.

It was a good $12 investment.
