Couple Problems With my Sony DSC-T900 Camera

Hello everyone:

I'm having a couple of problems with my Sony Cybershot DSC-T900 digital camera that I bought in 2010.

1.  Sometimes when I take pictures, there are spots in the pictures.

In this URL, you will notice a spot if you look at the railing.  What is the cause of this?

2.  The batteries for my camera seem to lose charge right away even if I don't use the camera.  I have like 3-4 batteries and every single one of them will go from like full to almost dead battery right away.  Sometimes if I am recording a long video, the battery will go from full/near full to dying?  One battery came with the camera when I got it and I purchased three more.  They are all sony batteries, the one that came with the camera is an NP-BD1 battery and the others are NP-FD1 that tell you how much time you have left on the battery.

What can I do to fix these problems?  I don't use the camera all that often either.
