My XZ-1 is broken, looking for substitutes/upgrade...

Well, my camera got wet in the last storm, and it doesnt turn on again, so i'm looking at the possibility of buying a better one.

I loved the XZ-1, IQ is very good for that small package. Now I see there are more things to try. Im looking for something better in IQ, better low-light capabilities.

I was wondering if the OMD-EM5 is a good and worth upgrade from this one... Price would be around 1300 dollars and comes with the 12-50mm kit lens and the m.zuiko 40-150mm lens. Its a lot of money for me. As i dont want a DSLR since they are bulky, it has to be small like the mirror reflex or a good copact...

Any suggestions?
