Simply wonderful -- one of the most engaging bird photos I've seen in the forums. I'm transported to some other places I've lived where the (human) neighbors acted a lot like these guys.

About the crop. It would be more tidy with the partial bird lopped off the bottom, but I also like the aura of spontaneity in the existing framing.

Love the rain streaks.
