While you do offer some elements of a critique, your points are couched in a highly negative tone that negates anything constructive.  Calling an image a snapshot guarantees a defensive reaction and is simply an insult.  Also, I did not know having negative space was a rule in photography.  I thought it was an element of composition a photographer can use in the design of an image.   If you genuinely want people to accept your points, I suggest you modify your attitude.  A defensive reaction is feedback for you.
