To turn off color management completely:

Go to the Print dialog box, select "Color Matching" in the drop down box in the middle of the dialog box, click on "Epson Color Controls". Then go to "Printer Setting" in the dialog box and under the "Color Mode" drop down box select "Off, no color management".

To have Aperture manage colors:

Go to the Print dialog box, select "Color Matching" in the drop down box in the middle of the dialog box, click on "Colorsync". That will allow Aperture to manage color.

The problem is :

in the dropbox-menu where I can choose the "Color Matching" I have  "Color Sync" and "Epson Color Control" greyed out - I can't choose.

It is blocked on "Color Sync".

If I go into the dropbox menu " Print Settings"

"Color" is greyed out - blocked on "Color"

and "Color Settings"  is greyed out on "Off ( No Color Adjustement )"

Whats going wrong ?
